Upon an initial consultation regarding the details of your case and our acceptance of you as a client, we will undertake the services below:
  1. Collect your supporting documentation.
  2. Review and assess the attributes of the case.
  3. Prepare the relevant notices and/or notifications that are specifically worded by the team based on our experience and the merits of the case.
  4. Finalisation of the claim documents that will be submitted to the financial advisor/organisation.
  5. Phone consultation, if required, to answer any questions that the client has, explaining the process of filing a claim.
  6. Phone consultation with the financial adviser/organisation, if required, to assist the process of filing the claim or provide additional information.
  7. On-going consultations about your case, as necessary, during the period from when the claim is raised until a final decision is made by the financial adviser/organisation (approximately eight weeks).
  8. If necessary, we can attempt to negotiate and resolve any issues.

The documentation required for the company to prepare the case write-up will include details about the account and the monthly payments made, and how the account was mis-sold. It may take up to eight weeks for your financial institution to provide you with a final response. If the response from your bank is unsatisfactory, we could then forward your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

If the bank or financial institution upholds your claim in your favour, our fees, should we be successful with your claim, are 30% plus VAT of the total money recovered. These are typically deducted from the money you are awarded. Should you receive payment directly or it is added to your account, your fee will still be payable. Example: Total compensation received: £3,000, fees charged @30%: £900, VAT @20%: £180 consumer pays the company: £1,080.

*Fees: For Illustrative purposes only – these are neither estimates nor examples of what you will receive.
